Waiting !!!!!
My daughter is pregnant with first grandchild, She is 400 miles away. I am living my life in limbo for the time being waiting on her to deliver... I can't wait to get that call, I just hope that I can make it there in time.She has had a couple of false calls but in the end, I hope I make it....

I hope you make it also Yvonne. Nothing more joyous than being there for your first grandchild. I was there and transported my daughter for both. My first, a grandson, took all night, but my second, a granddaughter, was almost born before we made it to the hospital! My grandson was born in a snow storm! I have fourwheel drive and am not afraid to drive in it, "Thank God." Praying you make it and all is well for you and yours.

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the first grandbaby! I remember when I was pregnant it drove my parents nuts waiting. They actually went as far as to have bags packed and getting hotel rooms the night I got induced so they could be there the second it happened! I will keep your journey in my prayer.
